As part of its Vermont Makers series, Vermont Public Television features a video of 2010 Johnson State graduate Courtney Gabaree on its Web site. Vermont Makers profiles trailblazing Vermont women who have made a difference in their communities. Gabaree is a youth advocate at H.O.P.E. Works, an anti-sexual violence organization in Chittenden County. She helps survivors of prostitution and has most recently worked with the State Attorney General’s Office to update Vermont’s sex trafficking law.
