Using methodologies established by the Association of College and Research Libraries, the first stage of this work targeted and updated resources in high-demand subject areas. Technical Services Librarian Ray Brior evaluated the library’s backlog of donated materials, and added approximately 350 items. He is also creating a Web page devoted to newly acquired items. With the assistance of Library Systems Administrator John Schrader, Public Services Librarian Linda Kramer has explored numerous approaches to embedding reference contact information in the library’s public catalog. The reference staff is in the process of reviewing these models and will determine a finalist.
