Recommended High School Courses
We recommend that high school students complete a college preparatory curriculum that includes:
- Four years of English
- Three years of college preparatory mathematics
- Three years of social sciences
- Two years of science (one course with a lab)
Advanced Placement Examination Credit
JSC will grant both advanced placement and course credit to students who have received a grade of 3 or higher on the College Board's Advanced Placement (AP) Program exams. For complete details, see the college catalog.
