Students may receive part of their federal aid in the form of a Work-Study award. This enables students to work at approved, campus-based jobs to help fund their studies. The Student Financial Services Office at Johnson State administers this program.
To obtain a Work-Study job, students who are cleared by the Student Financial Services Office and have no outstanding loan paperwork or JSC bill balance must complete an application for student employment by the designated deadline, locate, apply for and be hired for a job by the designated deadline, and file necessary paperwork to document the job with Student Financial Services.
Deadlines, applications and other resources can be found on the MyJSC Portal (login required) or by visiting the Student Financial Services Office located in Martinetti Hall.
