Each fall, JSC’s Department of Environmental & Health Sciences hosts a popular speaker series on Wednesday afternoons featuring experts on topics in science for EHS students and faculty as well as JSC community members and the general public. The presentations are one of the many ways JSC provides learning opportunities beyond the classroom to help students expand their knowledge and make connections with professionals in their field of study.
The presentations are scheduled and coordinated by EHS Professor Les Kanat, Ph.D. Unless otherwise noted, they run from 4:00 to 5:15 p.m. in 207 Bentley Hall and are free and open to the public. The schedule for the current academic year is posted below.
