SPRING 2012 GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE
Get into S.H.A.P.E this semester! All classes are open to students, employees and community members. No sign-up needed, just get to class early. Schedule is subject to change based on enrollment and instructors' schedules. Classes also may not be held over college breaks.

During the academic year, SHAPE offers a wide range of classes. Check out the descriptions below to see!
Spinning
Crank up the energy and burn calories fast in this high intensity cardiovascular class. Everyone can adjust the difficulty of the ride and are encouraged to ride at their own pace.
Aqua Blast
Enjoy this weightless aerobics class that gets the heart pumping. The water allows for less impact on the bodies joints and bones. It uses the resistance of the water to build strength and cardio.
Zumba
Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba is a big dance/aerobic craze that is spreading world wide. Get your groove on while burning calories. Zumba means 'move fast have fun.'
Yoga
This energizing and rejuvenating yoga class welcomes all levels of "yogis." The class focuses on breathing and movement and creating strength and flexibility. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Strength & Agility
This class is total body conditioning. It is a blend of strength training, cardio aerobics and stretching. this well balanced class will target all major muscles while pushing you through a high energy workout.
Pilates
Pilates exercise help to create an ideal postural alignment. The principles of this conditioning program are designed to build leaner muscles, increase core strength, flexibility and mobility.
