Choice and quality are the two operating principles in our dining hall, located in the newly renovated Stearns Student Center on campus. As a result, our dining services, provided by the ARAMARK Corporation, offer five meal-plan options to satisfy a variety of appetites and schedules.
ARAMARK strives to purchase a majority of its products from local vendors and will continue to add to the list. Most recently, ARAMARK has partnered with Black River Produce for all of our produce needs. Along with the fact that Black River Produce is located in Vermont, they are also owned by Vermonters. A large portion of their produce is grown and harvested in Vermont as well.
A growing list of local vendors also includes Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Brown & Jenkins Coffee, Morse's Dairy, Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream and the Koffee Cup Bakery.
