Residential Life and Housing Information
At Johnson State College, we believe that the living experience is an integral part of the educational process. On-campus residences accommodate approximately 500 full-time students. All non-commuting first- and second-year students are required to reside on campus. Housing contracts are for a full academic year.
A Hall Advisor and a team of undergraduates who serve as Resident Assistants staff each residence hall. The members of the Residence Life staff work together to respond to the physical, emotional and developmental needs of their residents.
Our goal in the Residence Life program is to set the stage for learning by providing a living environment that is conducive to academic pursuits, personal growth and the development of friendships.
