"Meditators" Sculpture Dedicated at JSC
"Meditat
ors," two new bronze sculptures by Johnson State College alum Won Lee (Class of 2006) were dedicated at a college ceremony September 27.
Lee, pictured left, donated the sculptures as a "way of giving back to the college" after completing a Master of Fine Arts degree at JSC.
The statutes, which stand more than six feet high, are located at the edge of the south lawn on the college campus, overlooking Vermont's green mountains.
Born in Korea and trained in the U.S. and Canada, Lee merges different cultures with his art.
