If there is a login problem

From the Blackboard Portal, click on "What's My User Name" and follow the instructions. In some cases an "x" is used for your middle initial!

JSC Lab Computers

Use your user name and password to login to computers in labs on the campus.

Internet Access from the Residence Halls

Pick up your instructions at your RA's office. If you forgot to purchase an Ethernet patch cable before coming to campus, you can purchase one at the JSC bookstore.

File Storage and Printing Limits/Quotas

Blackboard File Storage: 100 MB
Network File Storage: 1 GB
E-mail Account: 1 GB

Print Quota: $100 per semester

Black and White Printing: $0.07 per page

Color Printing: $0.75 per page

Note: Network and e-mail accounts are disabled after three semesters of non-enrollment.
