What Can I Do With a Journalism Major?
Description of the Major
The journalism program is designed to prepare students for the realities of a career in print journalism. Students in journalism also take courses in literature and creative writing, as well as history, sociology, and political science, reflecting the department’s philosophy that journalists must have a strong liberal arts background.
