H1N1 Flu Update
1.20.10 The Health Center has H1N1 vaccine doses available for students. Both forms of vaccine (nasal and shot) are available. Students should contact the Health Center to make an appointment, if they are interested in getting the vaccine.

Student Photo Exhibit at VT State House
01.4.2010 "Time Well Spent" documents a semester-long partnership between JSC advanced photography and digital media students and residents at the Craftsbury Community Care Center. Students visited and got to the know residents and photographed them over the course of a semester. Full Story
JSC Celebrates at Winter Graduates Reception

JSC Community Collects Funds and Food for Local Food Shelf
11.20.09 The Johnson State College community donated 22 boxes of Thanksgiving meals and $619 in cash to go toward the purchase of turkeys and other seasonal foodstuffs to the Johnson Food Shelf. Full Story
SHAPE Facility Grand Re-Opening Celebrated on November 9
11.9.09 On Monday, November 9 at 3:30 p.m., Johnson State College celebrated the re-opening of its campus SHAPE athletics and recreation facility. The renovated facility features a host of upgrades as well as improvement in accessibility. Learn more about SHAPE
JSC Professor Leads Groundbreaking Study on Asthma and Exercise
10.26.09 Professor Hans Haverkamp is spearheading a study that may change the way people with asthma view exercise. Dr. Haverkamp is conducting research on people with mild-to-moderate asthma to determine whether having asthma symptoms affects their ability to exercise. Read more about Haverkamp's research
