Change Your World
At Johnson State College, we challenge you to "Change Your World." This means not only developing a sharper awareness of social and environmental issues, but also understanding how to become a catalyst for positive change.
Our students engage in numerous extended learning experiences that connect their course content to community-based activities. Service learning, volunteerism, field-based research and more contribute to a rich, meaningful academic environment.

SERVE Fri
In fall 2009, JSC's service learning program, SERVE, began its SERVE Fri service learning program. Volunteers gather on Fridays throughout the fall to collaborate on a service project in the area. Learn more about SERVE Fri
