It is picture-perfect here among the red brick buildings, gently falling golden leaves, and rolling green mountains. Some would say the view is worth $20,000, a figure often said to reflect the disparity between full-faculty salaries at JSC (and the other Vermont State Colleges) and national averages for other public institutions.
