R.A.D. Self-Defense Training

Learning self-defense is the best future security investment one can make, especially women.  R.A.D., the Rape Aggression Defense System, is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques.  Don't become a statistic.  Maximum of 10 participants for this 10-week session; please sign-up in advance.

American Red Cross Lifeguard Training

Saturday & Sunday, 11/7 & 11/8, 11/14 & 11/15

9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Registration Fee: $150

Recertification in CPR and Lifeguarding also available

Through classroom learning and hands-on practice, participants will learn the skills to be a lifeguard. Students will learn first aid and CPR along with surveillance and rescue techniques.  Participants must be 15 years of age and be able to swim 500 continuous yards.  More information or to register go to: http://www.nvtredcross.org/swimming1.html#lifeguard

2 Hour Spin Ride
