R.A.D. Self-Defense Training
October 27 - December 15, 2009
Tuesdays: 4:30- 6:00 p.m.
Learning self-defense is the best future security investment one can make, especially women. R.A.D., the Rape Aggression Defense System, is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. Don't become a statistic. Maximum of 10 participants for this 10-week session; please sign-up in advance.
American Red Cross Lifeguard Training
Saturday & Sunday, 11/7 & 11/8, 11/14 & 11/15
9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Registration Fee: $150
Recertification in CPR and Lifeguarding also available

Through classroom learning and hands-on practice, participants will learn the skills to be a lifeguard. Students will learn first aid and CPR along with surveillance and rescue techniques. 2 Hour Spin Ride
