Spinning
Join in on this high-energy, music-pumping class. Let the mind wander as you challenge yourself to add resistance to the flywheel. Let the power that surrounds you carry you through the adventure.
Body Bar Classes
Utilize a weighted bar as you perform plyometrics, cardio and strength training.
Aqua Aerobics
Use the low-impact setting for a high-intensity workout. The resistance of the water will help you gain strength and endurance without the impact on your bones and joints.
Cardio Blast
Check out this full-body, kick-butt workout with cardio blast intervals.
Fitness Swimming
No need to be an expert swimmer. Gain strength in your swimming while participating in a lap swim cardio workout.
Zumba
