Group Exercise Class Descriptions
Spinning
Join in on this high-energy, music-pumping class. Let the mind wander as you challenge yourself to add resistance to the flywheel. Let the power that surrounds you carry you through the adventure.
Aqua Aerobics
Use the low-impact setting for a high-intensity workout. The resistance of the water will help you gain strength and endurance without the impact on your bones and joints.
Cardio Blast
Check out this full-body, kick-butt workout with cardio blast intervals.
Fitness Swimming
No need to be an expert swimmer. Gain strength in your swimming while participating in a lap swim cardio workout.
Zumba
Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba is a big dance/aerobic craze that is spreading world wide. Get your groove on while burning calories.
Yoga
Connect the mind, body and soul in this relaxing workout of stretching and postures.
40/20 Brick
The brick classes are designed for those looking for an added challenge of staching one workout on top of the other. THose just looking to participate in the spin class have the option of spinning only.
