Quarantiello, Bataille Tabbed For NAC Honors
JOHNSON, Vt. - A pair of Johnson State student-athlete's have earned North Atlantic Conference honors this week:

Rebecca Quarantiello led JSC to a 1-1 week by winning at both #1 singles and #1 doubles in a 9-0 team win over Thomas on 10/9. Quarantiello's 6-3, 6-2 singles win sparked the Badgers to the NAC victory.
Quarantiello, an Elementary Education major, will lead Johnson into the North Atlantic Conference Tournament this weekend at Castleton State College where the Badgers will be the #3 seed and taking on the #2 seed Lyndon State College in the semifinals.

Ally Bataille recorded the game-winning goal in double overtime in the Badgers 3-2 victory over visiting Thomas College on Sunday to give JSC their first league win. Bataille's goal came with 1:09 left to play in the match.
Bataille, currently undeclared, and the rest of the Badgers will head to Maine this weekend for a pair of NAC contests. On Saturday Johnson will play at Maine Maritime at 1:00 pm and on Sunday JSC will be at Husson University, also at 1:00 pm.
