Alumni Career Network
The Alumni Office
and the Career Services are linking current students and alumni to
form a career network. Alumni are urged to become Career Mentors and
advise today's students on career paths.
Sharing information on your career is what is needed (this is not to assist in locating a job, but in choosing a career path). Mentors take part in panel discussions and round tables on and off campus, and talk with students in person, on the phone, or by e-mail.
To sign up as a career mentor, call Sally Laughlin at the Alumni Office (802-635-1241) or go to JSC Connections in the Career Services area, where you will find detailed instructions on how to set up a mentor relationship file. You determine how often, where and how the contact takes place.
