JSC Good Neighbor Program
New undergraduate first-year and transfer students and residents (who have resided for at least one year) in Belknap, Carroll, Coos, Grafton and Sullivan counties in New Hampshire and Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Rensselaer, Saratoga, St. Lawrence, Warren and Washington counties in New York will be eligible for a discounted tuition rate equal to 150% of the current in-state tuition. For the 2013-2014 year, the discount is $7,008.
Once enrolled, students in the Good Neighbor Program will continue to receive the discounted rate for a maximum of eight semesters as long as they maintain continuous full-time enrollment during that time and remain in “good academic standing” as defined in the JSC catalog.
Students will save more than $28,000 over eight semesters!
