How to View Your Financial Aid Award & Document Status

You will receive all communications from the Financial Aid Office by email only.

All students receive email notifications from the JSC Financial Aid Office indicating:

  • When financial aid award notification is available to accept or decline
  • If there have been any updates to your award due to new information or
  • If documents are needed to complete your financial aid application.

You must log on to MyJSC.jsc.edu to view these notifications.

Your award indicates the types and amounts of financial aid that you are eligible for. You must accept or decline the aid awarded to you by noting your decision online and clicking on submit. Remember your aid may be estimated if you have documents you have not submitted.


New Students

You will be sent an email notifications to your current email address provided on your admissions application. Once you have paid your deposit, all financial aid email notifications will be sent to your @JSC.edu email address.

To Check Your Financial Aid Status
1. Log on to http://MyJSC.jsc.edu using your network user name and password

2. Locate the Web Services module on the bottom right-hand side of the screen

3. Select Student Financial Aid from the Web Services menu

* Select Financial Aid Award Notice
* Select the Financial Aid year you want to view
*Select JSC for Johnson State College

5. View your Financial Aid Document Status (This gives you
updates on what documents are required to complete your financial aid file --if needed -- with links to the documents that you can download.)
* Select the Financial Aid year you want to view

Returning Students

You will be sent email notifications to your @jsc.edu email address regarding your awards and any documents that are needed.
