Pay for Summer Classes
Billing & Payment for Undergraduate Courses
All students registering for summer courses must pay their bill in full within 30 days of registration or a $100 late fee will be assessed.
All students registering for summer courses must also complete and submit to the Financial Aid Office the Summer 2013 Financial Aid Application and Payment form. The Financial Aid Office has no way of knowing that you are applying for aid for summer classes if this form is not submitted.
Additionally, Students applying for financial aid must have submitted their 2013-14 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.ed.gov . Students will not be cleared with the Business Office until both forms are submitted along with any other information that may be required.
School District/Third Party Payment
If a school district or third party should be billed, registration will be accepted only with a letter of guarantee or purchase order from the school district/third party.
Checks should be made payable to Johnson State College.
