High School Jump Start Program
Want to take a college course while you're in high school? Apply to the JSC Jump Start program! Each semester, high school juniors and seniors who demonstrate the ability and commitment for college-level work are selected for the program. Here's how to apply:
- Complete the Jump Start application;
- Submit the application with your high school transcript and
- at least one letter of recommendation from a guidance counselor, principal or teacher describing your interest in the program and your likelihood of success;
- Schedule an interview with Jump Start Coordinator Joye Lyon.
Discounted tution rates apply to Jump Start classes, and one class may be available completely tuition free!
