Minor in Dance/Licensure in Dance

As a dance student, you will study a variety of techniques and styles, including ballet, modern dance, jazz, historical dance and improvisation. Advanced students may become members of the college's dance company, the Johnson State Ensemble. Apprenticeships are available in one of the college's two resident companies, the Vermont Dance Collective and the Maris Wolff Solo Dance Repertory.

Advanced students may become members of the Johnson Dance Ensemble, our student dance company, or may have the opportunity to become an apprentice in the Vermont Dance Collective.
