Academic Progress Alerts

Faculty teaching 1000- and 2000-level courses complete on-line Academic Progress Alerts during the fifth week of the semester on all freshmen in those courses. The purpose of the alerts is to let students know early on how they are doing in their classes so that they can take corrective action if necessary. Using the Academic Progress Alerts, faculty give both positive and negative feedback relative to class attendance and participation, homework assignments, tests, etc.
