Nonprofit Management Fall Training Seminar: Living Your Mission; Values in the Workplace
About the Seminar
In this interactive session, we will look at our workplace values and our personal values and see where they connect — and how clarifying why we do what we do — matters. We will use an entertaining tool called the Kaleidoscope Profile to help us individually see what matters most in the workplace —
what we appreciate, how we prefer to communicate, what we enjoy, and what we need to avoid in order to feel most productive and connected to our work.
Join us and trainer Laurie E. Berryman for dedicated time to explore how you communicate your values and how to use this information in your work as well as how to keep your organization's mission on the forefront while you "manage" your own interests and values.
