Bethany was a 2000 graduate of Castleton State College and was born and raised in Vermont, first in southern Vermont but has recently moved to the Stowe area. Prior to working at JSC, Bethany was employed in customer service at CVPS, now GMP. Her interests include reading, hiking and spending time outdoors.

Jared Carter is a 2003 graduate of Connecticut College and a 2009 graduate of Vermont Law School. Upon graduation from law school, Jared clerked for Justices Leaphart and Rice of the Montana Supreme Court and acted as Executive Director of Rural Vermont. Currently, Jared is the managing attorney at the Vermont Community Law Center where he focuses his practice on constitutional law as well as civil rights and consumer rights. In addition to teaching at Johnson State College, Jared teaches at Burlington College and Vermont Law School. He currently lives in Burlington and enjoys outdoor activities whenever he has free time.
John Mandeville has been the Executive Director of the Lamoille Economic Development Corporation since March 2010. Prior to that he was the Director of the Incubator Without Walls program at Lyndon State College and was briefly the President of Northern Community Management Corp., a property management firm specializing in affordable housing for low income families, senior citizens and the disabled. John served as the Area Business Advisor for the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont as well as for Lamoille County for the Vermont Small Business Development Center for 2 years. He was also an executive for the New England Culinary Institute for 5 years after moving to Vermont with his family in July 2000. Prior to moving to Vermont he served as the Managing Director/COO for the European subsidiary of an American company and lived in England for 7 years. He has also owned two businesses; a business consulting firm in Manhattan for 7 years and the Central California Region for international franchisor, Decorating Den, Inc. for 5 years.
Kathleen Moore is a consultant, coach, and trainer helping individuals and organizations clarify priorities, manage differences, plan for results, and communicate effectively. She earned her master's degree in Mediation and Applied Conflict Studies from Woodbury College (now the Woodbury Institute at Champlain College). She also holds a certificate in Nonprofit Management from Marlboro College/Woodbury College, and a certificate in the Energy of Conflict Resolution from the Harvard Negotiation Insight Institute.
