  • The Johnson State College TRiO/Academic Support Services program is funded by the federal government. To be eligible for TRiO, students must show academic need and meet one or more of the following eligibility criteria:
    Be from a family with modest income,
  • Or where neither parent graduated from a 4-year college,
  • Or have a documented disability.


As a participant, you will have priority access to the services of Academic Support. Other benefits include mentoring, grant funding, access to technology, use of office computers/printers and tickets to many of JSC's priced cultural events.
